I think that the biggest drawback was the amount of time shipping took, and when my estimated ship date had passed I contacted them but that took just as long to hear a response. I would say that it took about 15-23 days to get my order and I messaged after 10, so it took them at most 14 days to respond to me. But if you have the time it’s a great item and has great detail.
