I knew I would love this because it isn’t the first one I’ve gotten. What really impressed me was how helpful the people at Silvercut were when I thought my necklace had been lost. It apparently spent over two weeks in customs (according to my local post office) and then took a very long route to get here. I wish had gotten this as a necklace instead of a keychain so it would have turned out bigger. That said, I am amazed at how detailed it turned out. With a picture of it slightly enlarged all of the printing is really clear. Definitely captured the expression on my dog’s face. I actually ordered a second one since I liked the first one so much.
