I was genuinely blown away by this company. The price is expensive and the wait is a bit long, but for a service as specific and premium as this, I think it’s definitely worth it. One complaint I have though is that for some reason, the plush is very wrinkly, which I think had something to do with the way it was shipped. I did have to change the body color twice because the directions were not followed very closely and they did not confirm with me any colors before moving forward. I took a chance on idoodle and sent them a single photo of "the Backson" from an old winnie the pooh movie. I was more than positively surprised! The plushie was in perfect condition, everything was made just like in the drawing I sent them and I was overjoyed when I finally got to hold him in my hands.
