It’s a good quality bag with plenty of room. I like the color and it gets me tons of compliments. Took it on a private jet flight and people couldn’t take their eyes off it. Quality parts and good service. When I had an issue it was corrected at no cost to me.

So the airlines broke the Zipper on my bag and they only gave me $25 voucher for my bag and a made me pay for a southwest bag. Then tried to keep my bag so they can have documentation for their records. I told them no but with all the issues I had with the Airline was ridiculous. I am obsessed! The PERFECT bag, perfect size, so sturdy and well made with amazing detail. The color is absolutely beautiful in person.
