Took FAR longer than what you indicated to ship the hat. 3-4 days turned into weeks. Not happy about that because it was a birthday gift. Don't want any excuses about shipping problems due to the fact that everything else I have ordered online was delivered promptly.

This was my first time ordering from Next Level. At first I was concerned because I'd paid extra for expedited shipping and didn't hear anything for several days. I wrote to ask why it wasn't being expedited and the extra payment moves your order to the front to be manufactured. Their email replies were fast, friendly and helpful. It's worth it if you want them faster but if you're more patient than me, you can save a little by not expediting.
