This is one of those products that helps but quietly. As a diabetic I use this to help my insulin resistance and keep my blood sugar regular and in check. If youre looking to add some Inositol to your stack you cant go wrong here. It comes in pill form but its basically a sugar so I just pop them and pour them into my stack and shake it up, no weird taste and its 2 less pills to take. Highly recommend!
