I've been using Kidney RX since it was 1st put on the market. I can only attest to how good it is due to my lab work which is done every 4-6 months. There's nothing you can literally feel from Kidney RX but you cannot go wrong with a product such as this..

This past year, I competed in 3 shows. The first of which I did with no supplements whatsoever. Coming into the final month of prep I was a hot mess. This flavor is great, you just need to learn to add the right amount of water to your liking. This is a must have for any competitive athlete that consumes multiple meals a day. I take two capsules at least three times a day with three of my major meals. I use this with the daily greens and mix them both in my blender bottle and it's mixes up super easily. This has a slight vanilla/cinnamon flavor to it but with the chocolate greens I can't even tell it's there. I've also taken it on it's own and it makes a nice warm drink to start the morning.
