I have three different anxiety medications - one anti-anxiety/anti-depressant, one up to three times a day to stay calm, and one as needed for attacks/panics. Since taking this I only take my normal daily meds and don’t need the other two unless under extreme circumstances. I’m so happy to not be putting random chemicals in my body every day anymore to control my anxiety. These supplements are a godsend!

I at first thought the recommended dose was A LOT but I followed the instructions while personally splitting the dose by morning and night and wow what a huge difference. Personally might move the evening dose to the afternoon where I still experience more stress but still the results are amazing, I’m truly impressed

I love this stuff! I got the mixed berry flavor and it really tastes fresh. It doesn’t mix the greatest with water (slimy residue/consistency). However, it doesn’t bother me because of the benefits.
