At the moment I am drinking it in the morning in stead of my coffee because I workout in the mornings and take pre-workout and I feel like having caffein BEFORE pre-workout is nuts. I love the flavor. I feel like it is even helping my gut health (i have been having issues with going to the bathroom and today it was SO EASY and I have been feeling GREAT!). I hve only been taking it for a couple days and I am feeling great.
