Disappointed that i overpaid for this product. I thought i was getting a local Vornado fan but turns out it is a third party China brand. Vornado website indicated that this fan has a built-in 5000mAh battery which is incorrect. Manufacturer specification is 4000mAh. The same product is available in Lazada and Shopee for around SGD23. Vornado price for this item is SGD39!

Hi, firstly the fan I bought does not carry the brand "Vornado". similar looking fan was sold on various e-commerce platform and I had thought they are copied versions of Vornado. I was fully aware that prices were significantly different believing that Vornado is the real thing. thanks.

I received the unit, promptly assembled the unit and placed it in my master bedroom. During the first time of use, I turned it on at 5am after having switched off the aircon and I had hope that the circulator would continue to circulate the cool air in the room for some time and and subsequently continued to ventilate the room.

Wrong choice. Too big for my studio apartment unit, also no remote control for the fan speed. Can only used lower fan speed. Higher fan speed too noisy.

To be honest, I am not even sure if this is a Vornado. I have in the past purchased Vornado products and this item does not have a single Vornado brand embossed or even a label anywhere . Can't help but question this as I've seen similar items on Shopee and in handphone shops.

The Vornado fan is a good product, but the delivery service needs improvement. Given that your fans are priced more than three times higher than other brands, positioning them as premium products, it's important to work with a more reliable delivery partner.
