Good service and great product, but usually has a short life span. This is the third one of this model I have owned. They usually work fantastic for several months but then lose their insulating properties. The vacuum seal seems prone to failure.

It holds cold well and a good amount of water while not feeling too bulky. The smaller base means it fits in my car's cupholder which is nice.

Love the product. The only thing missing would be a small rubber insert on the bottom of the tumbler. I bought smaller and less expensive tumblers the had the rubber (anti-slip) material on the bottom. Definitely keeps my drinks cold.
