This cup is almost too good. I got it for my office to use with my kereg. The first time I used it, I brewed my coffee, added my creamer and put on the lid. A few minutes later I went to take my first sip and burnt my mouth so bad. So it keeps it scalding hot for a while. I now know to either leave the lid off for the first 5 minutes to allow it to cool a little or wait much longer before I drink. I use this thermos all of the time for work. I work outside and the 1 gallon capacity gets me through the day. It's pretty durable, just don't drop it from 5 feet and have it land directly on the lid, otherwise pretty good!

The issue is that the cover on the cup was defective in that the liner separated from the outside and then broke. I had to purchase a new cover. My mom who is in a nursing home loves the cup.

These are the nicest, tall, skinny cups. Made for champagne (I guess) or wine, we use them for coffee because of all the places they fit when no other coffee cup will. We love it that Manna makes the lids available separately as we frequently lose them (or feed them to our garbage disposal). Our fault entirely. Thank you Manna for saving us from ourselves.

First order of this replacement top (set of four of them…) was not provided by Manna to the shipping agent - the replacement order is showing the same lack of action by Manna… label printed, no record of the shipping agent receiving a package, and the delivery date (was due today) was just pushed out another 8 days.
