This Salted caramel honey is one of many flavors that I purchased from Huckle Bee Farms recently. Today I tried it in honey cookies. It is delicious. Think of a sugar cookie with a hint of honey with a hint of salted caramel. This cookie recipe can be used with so many different flavors from Huckle Bee Farms. I've always liked honey, but other than the infused flavors, I didn't think I could distinguish one type of honey from another. So, as an experiment, I bought sample sizes of Huckle Bee Farms's 4 natural honeys. Other than the buckwheat ( which is quite distinctive and reminds me of molasses), I can't tell the other 3 apart--- UNLESS I taste them side by side. But the Clover, Wildflower and Alfalfa are all delicious. I used them in tea and ice cream!
