I was so skeptical because I had tried EVERYTHING for my aching joints, but a friend kindly gifted me this bottle, and thank god she did. I was able to take it every day because i really liked the taste of it when I added it to my coffee... no, no joke, within a week I felt so much relief. I take Kurk because I get joint pain and inflammation and when I cannot take Kurk for any reason, I find that I ache the following day. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, osteoarthritis and pseudo arthritis. I cannot take biological drugs or anti inflammatory meds so I tried Kurk. So I was hit by a large young dog at the end of June this year - the dog hit my knee which then gave me 3 fractures and multiple ligament tears. I started taking Kurk as at 60+ I was finding my knees were starting to feel uncomfortable when walking and my hands ached at the end of the day. After 2 weeks of taking this I have no more pain in my knees and feel generally much better in myself.
