Good overall experience. My only problem was that I never received shipping information or a tracking number. I had to go onto your website and e-mail your product support for help finding out shipping status. I do have to say that your response was prompt and courteous. No complaints here. If I had received shipping info. and tracking info. upfront all would have been great.

Love the color and material. However, the sizes are way off but then it all depends upon where they are made. Normally, if made in China, I would take a 5X but if make in US, Canada or Europe I take a 1x. In the process of returning the 5X for either a refund or exchange to size that fits. Customer service has been great so far.
