Better than I had hoped for. I moved to Colorado from Florida 4 years ago and every time I go back to the south to visit, I buy green peanuts and bring them home with me. Don't get me wrong, nothing beats green peanuts when it comes to making boiled peanuts but since I can't get those on a regular basis, I am thrilled to have this as an option. Peanuts are the best I’ve ever had that I can make at home. I am from northern Florida and have missed having hot boiled peanuts since leaving. These taste just as good and are EASY! I like mine a little softer so I let them go longer. There was an issue with my first order not arriving in time and their customer service was fantastic (shout out to Porter). I am on my second order and will be a lifetime customer.

These were so good! Took me back to my childhood days: summer days in Alabama…road trips in the back of my aunt’s station wagon… I used the pressure cooker method, 6 hours total. The peanuts were perfect! I can’t get good boiled peanuts in Texas the way I can in Alabama… but I can now! Bought the 2 bags original to give it a try. I’m sold! I’m originally from Mississippi and fall time means bold peanuts and football games! Since moving north of the Mason Dixon line, I don’t get Boiled peanuts like back home. I have ordered once before online and was very disappointed. However, the boil the bag peanuts exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend you give them a try.

First time buyer! I'm a lifer now! My daughter and I put them in slow cooker last night. I can't sleep so flipping bag every 2 hours was not a problem. I grew up on Boiled Peanuts when I moved North in 1996 I was disappointed they don't have them up here. Only way I could get is by can in Walmart or ask my family to ship to me. I LOVE these peanuts!! My family is from South Carolina, but we moved to Missouri when I was young, so I am always craving boiled peanuts, but we don’t have them here in the Midwest! I’m originally from Georgia grew up on fresh boiled peanuts. Married a ( Yankee) been in Upstate NY for the past 37 years and have not had boiled peanuts that I boiled myself in all these years.I just boiled my first batch yesterday and oh my goodness flash back to my childhood. I did my first bag yesterday started them on the regular stove to a boil, then moved them over to our wood stove and let them simmer all day 8-10 hours and they were perfect. I chose to crockpot cook mine, the house had a delicious smell for hours the nuts came out perfectly just right, I have to say the quality is excellent 100 percent edible peanuts which compared to other brands that was a surprise.

I lived in the S.C. low country so I grew up eating some of the best peanuts around. I have been away from there for 30 years. I got to say these peanuts took me back. They were so easy to prepare, 4 and a half hours in the XL pot and 2 hour cool down. Yummy.

From the south and living in the Midwest now. Been looking to satisfy my boiled peanut itch. These peanuts didn’t trick and more. Got order quick. Peanuts taste great. The only thing I’d recommend is cooking longer in the instant pot. I did 4 hours and felt it needed more. I put in for 30 more minutes and could’ve done a bit more. Next time I’ll do 4:45 or 5. Brings me back to roadside stands in NC. I love these and will do my best to bring this snack to the people of the Midwest haha
