Got this for a few reasons. One I’m 3 months lost hysterectomy and need to strengthen my core but working out was tough this gives me the extra support that I need and I even wear it to work to give me support and good posture while at the desk and then the second is of course any help to loose weight........ fingers crossed !!!

I started using waist trainers 3 years ago, have gone 3 sizes down from a size at the 1st purchase. I also been working out, enjoy running in them. I have not been consistence using my belt however I am certain had I been consistent my results would be greater. I walk tall, my stomach is tucked in without thought to it. I also enjoy how it helps me manage stress when I have my belt on, I am in control of my emotions somehow.

Excellent! I realised after wearing my trainer that I'm allergic to the material which is really unfortunate as it made my figure look great! Really nice quality material. The additional straps on the side are good for helping give a tighter effect rather than just the large main band. Would advise wearing a top underneath it while starting to get used to it as it can leave some marks on your hips or stomach just from the normal wearing of it, and it might be a tiny bit uncomfortable where the support bands are in the corset.
