Pair of shoes was 1 number small. I visited NDURE PWD branch Islamabad. The behavior of staff wasn't good. They weren't eager to deal with customer. During few minutes stay there a family left the branch because no one was ready to deal with them. Online it was shown that larger number of my shoes is available but a boy there refused that it isn't available. Then they asked me to go to 2nd branch in PWD. When i reached to 2nd branch they said that they don't deal with online customers.
