It’s beautiful like an art piece but highly functional as it’s intended as a support trellis for your trailing plants. I have many Hoyas and Philodendrons that trail. Ive tried the moss poles and my plants failed to attach. These look very cute! My pothos stems are quite thick and fit tightly in the grooves of the wall mount. Maybe a bit too tight, might get the bigger size next time.

These are much better than the moss poles, which are messy. Pieces of moss always falling all over the place. I also love the way they look. Only problem I had was the clips to attach the the base with an extension kept splitting when I attached them. There were extra clips in the box, so that helped. There were also suggestions for applying lacquer periodically, which I didn’t do, but I guess we’ll see what happens. I’m not sure how you would do that once the plant attaches itself. Overa...

I am currently using it to start my young Philodendron melanochrysum on and so far it's going well! It is solid, sturdy and extendable. My only thought is to what extent the high humidity environment would effect the wood over time and if they will be able to support the increasing weight of the plant as it continues to grow... But time will tell, I suppose!

When they stick, they’re great. When they don’t stay stuck to the wall it’s a real problem. I tried to nail them to the wall but the foot that I’d have to nail through is too thick & hard to get a nail through which makes it worthless. These are really beautiful and I love the idea. They really need improvement with the mount style. The sticking is an issue that leaves no way to put it on the wall if it fails, which is frustrating.
