The threadless option for labrets is so much easier to insert and keep in than the original CH 'internally threaded' styles. I had the vogue earring before (gave it a top review) however later found the very short thread on the attachment meant it easily undid itself. Loved the look of the vogue that I bought it again in this new incarnation and very pleased. Great that I could purchase a different guage post for old piercings if I wished.
