So far so good. Definitely helps skin heal. Does not necessarily prevent breakouts if you’re dealing things like hormonal acne or skin issues related to possible leaky gut. Overall I like it. My teenage daughter, however, probably does struggle more with what’s considered traditional acne. Her skin is doing beautifully with these products.
