They do work, my lashes are quite short so I have to be realistic about my expectations. It did take me a while to get the lift pad in place but once that was done it was fairly simple. The packaging is lovely. My only niggle is that the booklets/instructions for the lift and tint have different timings on so had no clue what to do for the tint. Wouldn't purchase the tint again because it didn't make any difference for my eyelashes but maybe that's due to timings.
