Was worried I might not be able to get in and out without assistance however this was not the case. Really love the effect of this ice bath at 11 degrees. Have a longterm injury and it does seem to be lessening the pain that I can get on a daily basis. Use it after my morning workouts and even enjoyed sitting in it in the rain!
