From order to delivery was quick and easy, not knowing what to expect it was very easy to set up and so much more sturdy than I expected. Have used it most days for the past two weeks, water temperature ranging from 1.2 degrees to 6.5 degrees. Was a very love hate beginning but now I love my dips, even find the 8 minutes relaxing!

I love that the tub retains the cold without too much added effort. The base is padded for comfort, but I am not sure you need to inflate it for it to be comfortable, as it is double-layered. Filling up bottles for your freezer is better than ice cube trays. The fabric is super tough, and I do not fear my dog or kids will puncture it doing, God only knows, what gets the best of everything else nice in my house. The drain is solid. Excellent bang for your buck - Best part of my basement!!

This tub is great. Upon first use, I thought I made a huge, and poor choice. My advice for all first timers is to give it a chance. Two weeks in, I am using the tub 4/5 times a week for about 5-7 minutes. It’s really wonderful and for a 46 year old broken down old rugby player still trying to push himself, it’s just what I needed.

It's a fabulous piece of kit. I don't think the claims about insulating stack up, but I don't care. As the weather cools in Canberra I can hop in every morning and freeze my t!ts off. It seems robust and durable and it's easy to set up and pack up.

I am delighted with my tub! It was super-easy to assemble and is a great size - I'm about 130lbs and 5'4" and there's A LOT of space. I do wish I'd received a cover that would go over the lid as the inflatable lid provided either sits on top and is easily blown off, or falls onto the surface of the water and collects rain etc which then all empties into the tub when I pull it out, a minor inconvenience, but a larger 'over the top' cover would have been much appreciated instead of the inflatable ...

Perfect size and great price point for what you get! Other products on Amazon have mixed reviews that are similar. This does exactly what it’s suppose to. Big enough for me at 5’11 170 lb. Stays cold and feeling the benefits on my joints in my wrists and the tendons in my hands (chronic pain) after just 2 dips so far!

So far it’s great. I live in Toronto Canada, I get in it everyday and it doesn’t completely freeze. I keep it covered with a Barbecue Bag cover to avoid direct sunlight. Very happy with the purchase.

This is a great way to get in a ice bath after a tough workout. I alternate between my spa and the ice bath and it does wonders for my legs. It is a great size and sturdy. it actually is cold enough in my area that I do not need to add ice.

Exactly what I needed. Great starter cold plunge very easy set up . The cushion it comes with doesn’t make much sense because the whole to inflate is massive but it is not really needed. Overall thumbs up

Filled it up with water and 10 bags of ice from the servo jumped in it and it was so relaxing I fell asleep in it and the Mrs had to wake me up ! I use it everyday and love how I feel so relaxed and energised for the rest of the day it also helps with my aches and pains ! Worth every penny!

I've done cold showers for a few years but using the ice bath is far better. The colder it is the better the feeling when you get out. I do alot of cycling and running and I'm finding I'm able to do more since using the ice bath. Also really good for your mental health aswell. Looking forward to the colder months 😂

Great piece of kit at the right money! 6’ 1” and all ok but would have loved the option to buy the XL initially (would be much better for me) but didn’t see it until I had the email promoting it after purchasing the standard size No ice added or needed yet, water surprisingly cool for this time of year and I’ll gradually transcend the seasons and get acclimatised Looking forward to breaking the ice on Christmas Day
