Lovely ring. I’m typically a size 6 1/2 and 7 on other days when my hands swell. The size 7 was too loose and would spend around. I contacted customer service and got a size 6 sent to me (all I had to do was pay for shipping). The size 6 fit a little snug, however I stretched my finger and it loosened up a tad within a few day and now fits perfect. Most days I forget it’s even on! As you can tell by the photo I have a lot of arthritis in my hands. It makes it very hard to find rings that go over my knuckles. This ring is the best!!! Slides right over and is so comfortable I don't even know I have it on. Plus the rose gold accent gives it a "real ring" look!! Would highly recommend and I'll be purchasing again!!

I accidentally ordered the wrong size on Amazon.. once they came in and I tried on and realized what I thought my size was, well I was wrong... when I scanned the ring size exchange and sent my information, they not only sent me the right size, they also sent an extra ring of my choice in exchange! I only had to pay a very low fee for shipping! They also encourage to donate the extra rings to emergency workers! Best customer service ever!!

This was my second and I could not be more satisfied. I initially ordered a size 9, but the fit was not as snug as I wanted it so I exchanged it for an 8. The customer service was excellent and the email correspondence throughout the entire exchange process was very quick and painless. I cannot give Rinfit enough praise as customer service usually falls short after a purchase with most companies, but not with Rinfit. The ring is well designed, durable and very comfortable on the finger.
