The neon light was manufactured in China and sent directly to me. It looked at expected so that was good. The only issue I had was with hanging the neon sign. I paid an extra $10 for the steel wire hanging kit which isn't adjustable as the cable is already swaged. However, after trying many different combinations, I managed to hang it using the 2 cables in conjunction with the 4 stand-off metal spacers.
