I purchased this, for my niece for Christmas; it was lost in the mail as it was never delivered. When I contacted them, they Immediately responded and Yes looked into the order . They shipped out a new bracelet. They were so responsive and caring. I highly recommend them. The bracelet itself was beautiful my niece loved it. This beautiful bracelet, I just had to get in the memory of my niece that passed away. I love and miss here so much. I made sure every April 13th; I would call her, and we would talk and have many laughs.

Hubby purchased for Valentine's Day. Arrived in 2 days. The Stones are Beautiful and I'd tell anyone that your items are good quality and that it is a family business. I will be adding Charms to my Bracelet very soon. Looks just as good as those Expensive Pandora Bracelets and Charms

Before I ordered it. I looked for reviews. Most of them were very positive. My wife loved it! I hope the stones stay in. I purchased one similar to this at Sam’s a few years back. Lot of the stones fell out in a short amount of time. I hope in a year from now I will still have a positive feeling for Bella’s Yard bracelet.

This was a gift for my adult child and their partner. And they loved the ring! It's wonderful that it is adjustable and the star and air plane are so pretty. It's dainty, yet sturdy enough for everyday wear.

Bought as a birthday gift for my wife unfortunately the post office lost it during shipping it ended up traveling up and down the east coast and finally arrived at my home give it to my wife and she loves it it’s well worth the price . Definitely will buy more from them they were a big help tracking it from their side and keeping me updated on how it was going on keeping track of the location

What a great company to work with. UPS lost my bracelet and delivered me to Charles instead. I called and spoke to one of the owners there whose name is Ivan and he was super and helping me get my bracelet the next day! I will definitely give them more business.
