Ok these are a vinyl printed on letters and numbers. They are not military/public service style sewn on name tapes. However they seem to be of a good quality. The medium harness fits well after getting some tips from the excellent customer service team. It needed to be adjusted a bit smaller than the standard strap configuration would allow.
