Unfortunately, the first one I received was too big and the customer service that I received to get a smaller size is unheard of in this day and age. They answered me immediately and sent me a new one out right away, that is customer service. The Harness is 2nd to none, I absolutely loved it. When you said they run big they are right. It fits my big guy with plenty of room to grow. We got the extra large and we had to tighten it all the way. But so many other harnesses we got for him were either tight or too small, even with a 2xl. It is a little loose but not too bad to where he can get out of it. At least it is not tight on his neck, so that's a big plus. BTW our dog is a Staffordshire bull terrier. So I am really glad to finally have found him a harness he isn't getting choked.
