Bosch was unsure about using this, until he found out it went with his leash for walking outside. He was always great letting me put on a collar or chain for the same reason. Brandi is a 142 pound bullmastiff puppy, it is hard to find a vest that fits around her 42inch chest. The XL was for up to 170 pounds and 47 inches, she fit in it perfectly with plenty of adjustment remaining. It fits comfortably around the shoulders, the buckles are easy to adjust and fasten. This No Pull Vest has changed my dog before putting it on her. Our rescued White German Shepard is so beautiful that people want to pet her, but the abuse she suffered …. dumped, starved and cattle prodded for over 90 days in a ‘shelter’ was so extreme she will not let anyone near her except my husband and I (and close family).
