The Steel Gray is a great shade that compliments a totally black iWatch. Looks sporty and classy and it's so comfortable that I didn't even feel it on under a long sleeve shirt and forgot that I had put it on earlier that morning.

I ordered the small when I should have gotten the medium. I ordered 1 black and 1 white. The exchange for the larger size was so easy; I received a return label via email, popped them back in the original wrapping and I received the replacement bands before (I'm sure) the company received the return. I plan on ordering more, PLUS the charging stand... what a great idea!

I now have (4) of the watch bands and I love them! They are easy to change and clean and are a great way to accessorize an outfit or a mood. Initially, I wasn’t sure about the size and customer service was awesome in allowing me to try both the small and medium and told me to keep them both. The charging stand is also great.

The size I bought originally was too tight on my wrist, so I sent them an email and they sent me prepaid envelope and label to send them back and in return they sent me the next size up and in the same colors. Great customer service.

My wrist measured for a small, but when it came it was way too tight. I reached out to the company and they very quickly responded with return shipping and a new order of size medium. The medium is slightly big, but is still very comfortable. The color matches the original band color perfectly, and is much lighter than the apple band. I would definetly recommend this company and this watch band.
