Charges fairly quickly when considering it allows you to walk around and not be attached to the wall! It came with a belt extension for larger areas and it came with the charger cord. I just popped it’ll the cord into my wall outlet and it was charged in about an hour and a half. The heating implement gets hot FAST! Definitely useful and well needed for cramps, aches, and pains!

I am so happy that finally, I found a newest technology, which helps woman care for their menstrual cramps. I have PCOS and I very often suffer from cramps, weather I am on my period or not. I love this heating pad as it is small enough to fit into my purse and discreet enough to wear under my clothes at the office. I just wrap the pad under my blouse and wear a jacket over.

Currently sitting at my desk at work finally getting some pain relief for my back! I love that this comes with an extra band, I’m a size 16 so having the extra room makes it all that more comfortable. If you’re a size 14 or smaller you will only need the band that comes attached.

So far, I love it! It fits me well, which is something I was worried about as I'm a thick girl at 170 lbs. Even if it hadn't fit, it came with an extra length of velcro to attach. It warms up quickly and its soft to the touch. I'll be able to use it at work when im cramping, since I am a custodian I move around all day and cannot sit with a plug in one while at work. Im so glad I bought this, makes my cramps easier to deal with while on the go!
