I ordered the Baicells NOVA 430H + FreedomFi 5G Helium Hotspot. I was excited when it came in, only to find out the 5G helium Hotspot wasn't in the box, only the Baicells NOVA 430H antenna. I email Helium Deploy about it and found out that the Hotspot are in stock, but needed serial ID numbers. The website or even at check out never said anything about "you may receive the 5G Hotspot at a later date" or even an email after ordering letting me know what's going on. Easy install, worked great until my car battery died. But my fault, as I don't drive much and the devise continues to mine wither or not I drive. I'm getting a extension with an on/off switch. Having difficulty getting data collecting back on, guessing I'll have to uninstall and reinstalled. Will wait till the extension arrives. I really enjoy this and the weather staton.
