Bought two 430H radios. One was dead on arrival. Will not work, tried multiple cables, multiple POE sources. I was told by support to contact FreedomFi and go through their warranty process for return. They washed their hands of any wrong doing or sending dead equipment. Oh, and I have to pay to ship it back to get it replaced, once approved by FreedomFi. Will never buy from these guys again. All sales final...beware, even if your new radio does not work!

Hello, the so called "instant delivery" is a complete fail. After more than a week after ordering the ROVR, it isn't shipped yet according UPS tracking. This is not my understanding of a special offer for November if I don't get it in time! And no answer when I write to the support about the delay is also nothing very positive to mention.
