Great experience overall right out of the box! The Ultra X is a great value by my research. It is fast, has lots of torque, and I screeched the tires stopping on asphalt the first day out. The design seems solid and relatively refined. If it has any weaknesses they would be slow charging and range. But, at this price, I don’t think anyone should expect better. You should definitely buy extra belts for your board just in case one of them snaps! You never know when you need em so it's good to keep extras on a long trip! DO NOT RIDE THESE IN THE RAIN AS THEY ARE MORE LIKELY TO SNAP! Or do if you want an excuse to support Tynee!

First of all, I would like to thank everyone at Tynee for making such a great board. I watched a lot of videos of the mini 2 and was amazed at the specs and cool aesthetic of the board. When I got the board I thought it looked so much better in person and after taking it for a ride I was amazed at the speed and agility of the board. Additionally, I want to thank Aidan for his fast email responses and excellent customer service. I can't wait to see what the future lies for in this company!

Very comfortable board, thanks to it's flexy deck. Real range with lower tire pressure and 90kg rider around 30-34 kms. Great board for the price. But the most important is flawless support, that sorted out all of my concerns/issues/warranty claims in matter of minutes through the web chat box. Good reputation company! I hope there will be a gear drive available for Tynee Explorer soon, that's only thing I am missing a bit.
