Forester working in Alberta here, this is a heavy duty jacket. Pretty comfortable, doesn't breathe (as expected), but it is well ventilated and roomy enough to generate some airflow. I look forward to breaking it in, I suspect it will get a little more comfortable over time. This is my "standing in the rain" jacket.

I am fortunate to have a few pairs of Rain Gear Pro chainsaw protective pants the denim pros are my favorite! The denim is really durable and feels nice after a little break in. They are kinda of like a swiss army knife! Amazing for falling, comfy under a climbing harness for canopy work and I see myself wearing them most of the year.

So much better than any rain gear I've ever worn. Good movement while wearing bibs in a harness, the Velcro fly, snap on hood, air flow vents, and overall toughness of the fabric make this the absolute best rain gear you can buy for doing tree work or logging in the rain. I will never buy any other rain gear, that is if I ever have to.

Haven't broken it in yet but first impressions are good. Right amount of oversized gives plenty of movement and ability to layer. Sleeves might be a bit long. I'm 5'10" in a large. Thing is heavy duty and should hold up to working in the brush. Removable hood is nice as I'd never wear it. Stichening is neat, only negative I can find is they didn't use a YKK zipper, but the one they chose seems solid. Overall very happy with my purchase.

Super cool jacket, very durable, incredible weatherproofing. Only 2 things i wish were different is that the sleeves are a bit short and I wouldn’t mind some zipper pockets for my hands. Highly recommend this jacket to anyone working in less than ideal weather conditions.

There’s nothing worse than finding good rain pants that fit over saw pants and are still comfortable to climb in. These pants eliminate that. Being an all in one chainsaw protective, tear resistant and water resistant pant, they’re the best thing to climb in on a wet day! This is the only chainsaw protection on the market that has been able to keep my dry and safe while exposed to the elements of the west coast!

I purchased a jacket a few years back for backwoods canoe camping. The jacket and pants hold up to the snags of beaver dams to simple dutys such as a ground sheet for the pooch. Recently I purchased another jacket for my girlfriend which she now packs for camping with our travel trailer. Very sturdy gear compaired to big name rain gear that I have found does not stand up to the task.

Bought the bundle last winter! Rain gear was awesome this winter, but today was the first chance at trying the chainsaw pants in warmer weather? They fit real well and and comfortable! Breathable cloth on the back. Nice and cool!! A 10++ for Rain Gear Pro!!

I love my hurricane rain jacket its bomb proof so far, the only constructive criticism I can provide is that there are lots of thread ends (where terminated stitching seams). Maybe stitching seams could be terminated more tightly. Fits big on my I ordered a large, I am 190lbs 5'11" broad shoulders and the large has lots if room for layering.

Great quality rain pants, heavy duty and kept me dry all day. I wear a 38 x 30 pant size. The large size rain pants were perfect in length, the waist was a little tight for my liking. In the winter I wear them over a couple layers of clothing so the next pair I purchase will be the XL size. They are very well made garment and I look forward to many years of use from them.

I probably should’ve ordered them one size larger than I did which is my fault. They’re a touch tight in the crotch for my liking however when you guys state waterproof you aren’t kidding! They’re winter lined pair I bought as well is going to be an inferno to wear! It’ll have to be dang cold for me to break those bad boys out! Great quality materials!

I sewed my own belt loops on, since it doesn't come with them. Suspenders affect my posture, especially when I'm bucking logs, and can cause me to throw out my back. Also, belt loops make it easier to clip a log tape onto your pants. Otherwise, these fit great and allow for good mobility.

I ordered a Black Edition rain jacket and am thoroughly impressed by the quality of manufacture and materials! The jacket runs a full size large on me, and appears to be fitted to go over heavy thermal layers/sweater instead of over just a light base layer. I'd order a size down if I had it to do over again. It's fantastic, though, and I'll surely get many years of use out of it. Definitely a value for the money.

The fallers poly pro saw pant from CanSwe is one of the best values for the dollar in a saw pant.
