It is a beautiful necklace no doubt but I was So DISSAPOINTED when I received it in a box, you guys are running this bug brand you should know how to back jewelry according to their type, you have send me necklace in a box under plastics when I took it out the chain or necklaces were tangled so bad i had to gift it to someone so I tried my best to open the knots, there was danger of breaking the chain what will happen then? my money would so wasted right?
