Amazing cheesecake and great customer service to match! I mistakenly ordered my cheesecake for pickup at their Albany location but called (the day before!) and they were able to have it ready for me at their Canby location. They were so kind and accommodating. The cheesecake itself was so rich and decadent. We got the sampler for a birthday and I'm glad we did, we got to try 4 different flavors. I wish I had received this request before we had finished two of our sampler cheesecakes. All 4 were delicious. I think my two favorites were the salted caramel and the key lime. The crunchy topping over the salted caramel was amazing. I wish I would’ve taken a picture of the key lime. I saw a video on TikTok and loved that they stood for what they believed in. I went to the website and loved the layout and it was easy to place in order. The ordering process was easy and straightforward. The follow up by two of your employees to make sure that the product and the delivery timing was correct in my mind represents unbelievable customer service in this day and age. The cheesecakes taste fantastic but the packing is over the top! The packing of the products is astounding. Each cheesecake is wrapped with a plastic retainer to maintain the round shape. I was able to order online on a Friday afternoon and pick it up the very next day in-store at the Canby location. This is amazing quickness and also allowed me to use my online promo discount.
