I usually skip headbands because they pinch and give me a headache after a few hours, but I thought I would give this one a try. I am so glad I did! It is SO comfortable, I can wear it all day with no issue - I think this is because it's a bit shorter and wider at the end than usual (it ends behind my upper ear, rather than lower as with other headbands). It's also light and not tight, but stays in place really well.
