I absolutely love the True Collagen. I add it to my Favorite Trumeal Triple Dark Chocolate with a half a cup of unsweetened chocolate Almond milk. I also use 1 scoop of PB powder and Ice. It is like a thick dark chocolate shake with a hint of peanut butter. Within a month and a half my eye lashes are thicker and longer and my nails are stronger. It is the best Collagen out there.
