I absolutely love the salted Carmel. Game changer. I add it to my instant coffee and that’s my new coffee for the morning. Saves calories from the drive thru coffee places but more importantly gives me 50 grams of protein to start my day. I promise you won’t regret this purchase!!!

I work at a feed store during the week and this shake makes it so easy to get my protein and calories in during the busy day. I bought the cinnamon swirl and the flavor is so good that i never forget to have my lunch, in fact i look forward to it. I mix mine with oatmilk or almond milk, there is no gritty or chalky texture. Highly reccommend!!!

True Meal isn't super sweet like most other protein powders. I usually buy unflavored protein powders because I don't like how sweet they are, but True Meal tastes more like a slightly sweetened glass of milk or chocolate milk, which is great. I'll have to admit the first time I used it I was thinking, this can't be real protein powder. It's too easy to drink and mix.

Love this product line so much! I have been using it for a couple of months and can't imagine my coffee any other way! Its better than Starbucks! When I start my morning with this, I am ready for the gym after I drop my kids at school. My body is nourished and ready without feeling hungry or weak. I highly recommend the vanilla bean and my kids love the milk chocolate!

Always fast and friendly service great people to deal with, the stuff really does get you going in the morning like a cup of coffee. I uave ordered about 12 or 15 of these Chocolate Milk is my go too for coffee. I do 2 scoops and 1 of the collagen. I hate the taste of coffee but this makes it so i can drink it and hit my macros for keto I love it about to order 3 more meals and 1 more collagen.

True Meal has been an awesome addition for me. It helps me to reach my calories that I need for the day and keeps me full for at least 4 hours & Tastes delicious to!
