I love these very simple tiny hoops - it was just what I was looking for, an everyday earring. The customer service that gems by Laura provides was beyond great! When I got my pair, one of the earrings snapped in half so I emailed them to see what my options were as far as replacing the broken hoop and they sent me a replacement for free! Cant recommend them enough, especially for the price!
