I'm having a super hard time overall right now, and I'm looking for something to improve my mental health and ability to set boundaries. This journal is EXACTLY what I need. I need prompts, and guides-- but they can't be too touchy feely, or else I won't do it. This is the perfect flavor at just the right time! Getting my niece one, too!

Before this journal, I never really had a set structure for goals. If I did, it was never written down, just in my head. I tried to do this online, I have tried with blank journals and until my Hero Journal I was never consistent. Now I complete an entry at the end of each day and if motivated, color it with my prisma pencils. It is relaxing, I get the day out of my head and it feels like a comfy, safe place of my own.

As a graphic designer (who's always on his computer), I appreciate having a digital version of this awesome "Heroes Journal"! It's easy to use and keeps me focused on what's important. I'm enjoying working through the pages with the prompts. They help to focus my plan for the next three months. The daily pages cute art is inspiring, and there is still plenty of room for me to have all the sections that I typically have on a dot journal page--so I can keep it customized to me. I'm experimenting with keeping my collections in a separate notebook--we'll see how that goes.

My friend and I traded journals near December, and started our adventures. Right before mine arrived, I ended up going on a real life adventure at a local rehab, and spent four months there! My parents, on Christmas, brought the new journal out to me, and wow it has been such a help and a blessing to have along the way. Due to my circumstances, the journal came alive in a unique way, and was a lovely companion as I worked towards recovery. You guys are amazing, your products are amazing, 10/10!
