I have never been overly successful with journals or planners, but this one is so fun! Nicely laid out, fun illustrations that are a blast to color in, easy to keep everything organized, and fun to check things off each day as I complete them. The habit tracker bookmarks, with their unassuming size and soft imagery, are a perfect way of helping to 'keep me honest' in everyday tasks without giving me the overwhelming pressure to perform that other tracking methods can induce. I like to use a colored marker so my progress stands out to me as the fullness of each little square is filled in. A most positive way of re-conditioning oneself.

I actually really like this book. Especially the way it helps to focus on the positives of things and helps identify the negatives. I like how there is room to write things down and a goal area to focus on the daily tasks. The changing pages are appreciated since it shows that you are actually progressing rather stationary.
