I was introduced to all things Buff City by my daughter in law when they lived in Tennessee. I went to her local store with her and bought some soap and laundry detergent. I love the fragrance of good morning sunshine. It is not overpowering at all but clean and fresh. I use the laundry soap on all of my clothing. My wife and I have enjoyed the product as it was given to us as a gift the first time. The website was extremely user friendly and it offered other products. The shipping and handling was pretty steep as it was almost equal to the price of the soap.

I love this smell so much. It’s good for any gender. More on the masculine side but not exclusively so. When I’m washing linens, I use this mixed with the lavender laundry soap and our beds have never smelled better.

I was gifted a Fresh Cotton laundry soap and loved the smell. It was a little different than most similar products from other companies. We have well water, so sometimes the scented soaps don't always "smell" enough for me to tell they are clean. No problem with Buff City!! I would love for the shipping to be a little less, but when I wait for a sale, it makes it worth it (since I'm not near one of the stores).

LOVE this laundry soap! Many of us at work are obsessed with it. Only complaint I have is the packaging. In buying a more natural soap for my family, I’d prefer it not came in a small plastic jug. I’d also like to be able to buy it in a larger quantity so I’d have even less carbon footprint in shipping less often. If you ever open a Cleveland location I’m also going to want to be able to turn in my clean empty plastic containers for reuse.

Idk if your company invented the soap sleeve loofah but it is the best thing I’ve ever had in my shower! It’s not super scratchy but exfoliating. There is something about the scent of Hail to the Queen that appeals to my whole family, including my husband and sons. I especially love it as a person with eczema and sensitive skin.
