Product is great. Shipping is the worst ever. Box is too large for 4 containers. Have you reduced the size of containers or has shipping box always been too large.1 of lids not screwed on. Containers moving around in too large of box causes box corners to split. No packing inside box to prevent damaging plastic containers. Unacceptable shipping experience.

I absolutely love this soap. I was staying at a friends house earlier this year and she had washed her sheets in this soap. It smelled so amazing. I got the information from her and ordered some myself. You can smell it for days. It’s not too strong but it’s just the perfect amount of wonderful, amazing scent that makes my whole bedroom smell that way. I love love love it and I will definitely be getting some more

I really like this product but the two sets we purchased just failed to keep the awesome odor after 2 weeks of doing laundry. We still take them to the shop and have them freshened up which is super easy but I wish it would last longer. We stopped buying fabric softener and dryer sheets. Which is a money saver. We have found that the dryer balls do leave some lint on darker colored shirts. All in all we love Buff City products and are all in!!

This smells just as heavenly as the laundry soap and I will definitely buy it again. The scent is light enough that it doesn’t give me a headache (I’m sensory sensitive when it comes to smells) but still lasts for days. They melt really easily and most importantly clean up very easily. I have an old scentsy warmer that I use and these worked perfectly in it, when some store bought options don’t.

I was not a fan of the body butter, but the new lotion is awesome! It's not greasy & soaks into your skin really good & of course I love the scent! I did have an issue with shipping where lotion got all over the inside of the box, but customer service sent me a new one immediately, Great Job!

I recently tried this product and have become a big fan. It doesn't make my skin too oily but sure does improve the moisture, helping to eliminate the dryness. As for Buff City's customer service, I ordered a bottle of shower oil and when it arrived they spray nozzle did not work. I emailed them, asking for a replacement nozzle, which they did. Along with a new bottle of oil. Top notch Guest Experience! Thank you Buff City!

I LOVE this soap and the scent! I don't need bleach because it naturally whitens my clothes and gets things cleaner than other detergents. I have washed things at the end of the summer using this with the scent boosters and wool dryer balls and when I go back to wear them after the winter, they still smell like I just washed them!

I’ve started to try and look for more natural alternatives to laundry detergent. I love the way this soap makes my clothes feel. It doesn’t feel like it stays in the clothes like normal store bought laundry detergent. The smell is 100 times better and I prefer the narcissist. I AM OBSESSED!!! This is THE BEST BCS scent out there. BCS is a fantastic product (10/10 would recommend) but this scent just takes their detergent to a whole new level. Just buy it!! Wait. A great way to try the brand and sample the scents. But warning … you’ll be hooked FAST!! These show you just how little you need (and how far it goes). These are safe for HE machines, and I have used in my own top load and my sister’s front load with equal success. I was shocked at how soft my clothes became (to the point I have ditched fabric softener) and how much less staticy they are out of the dryer. If you’re on the fence on BCS, try the sample pack. I suspect you’ll be blown away
