Come and Take It is a nice dark roast. It doesn't have the burnt tired flavor of over-roasted coffee. It's very smooth, and I could drink it alone. My husband and I mix coffee 2 parts light to 1 part dark and then grind it for espresso. We've been using Betsy Ross for the light roast and Come and Take It for the dark roast, and it's a lovely flavor profile.

I have been a customer for many years. I had a shipping issue once. I called up and talked directly to one of the owners. They sent out a replacement asap.
I love the reoccurring shipments. You can adjust the rate anytime. Since they moved from Washington to Texas I get my coffee even faster. On top of that my granddaughter loves to read the constitution that is in every order. I keep a copy handy all the time.

As much as I Despise the Scumbag, this coffee is named after. This Traitor Joe Coffee is Awesome. AND well Named !
It looks like Dark Roast, Smells like Dark Roast, and tastes like Dark Roast. Sorta..... that initial dark roast "Edge" is taken away. But the dark roast taste that I Love is there as I swallow.
IDK how they at Minuteman Coffee did that.
