I tried Appeal to Heaven about 2 years ago and LOVED it. I host a weekly bible study in my home and knew when it came back in stock I had to get more. The ladies love coffee, and I won't serve anything that I'd be ashamed of. I do miss the back-story about the way it got its name, but that's ok. I made sure i bought 3 pounds this time to last a while. Some of those 80-year-old women are thirsty!

A friend bought some for us and we add some of it to our regular coffee grinds for a delicious cup of coffee.
One noticeable difference with our last order was a darker roasted white coffee. It still tastes good but we wonder why it is not as white as previous orders.

I would probably buy what ever product this company sold-just to support their constitutional, patriotic commitment. It is a lucky coincidence that the coffee is outstanding. I used to tire of one company's brews and drifted from roaster to roaster, but no more. I just reorder from Minutemen and know the coffee will be heap damn good! Hands down the best coffee I've tasted in many years. To have fresh coffee is a true blessing. And mine would be even fresher if it wasn't for the laziness of Arizona postal workers who are unable to put a package on my porch, but put it in the parcel locker at the mailbox and fail to provide the key to me . Then it takes two days for them to react and I get a key on the 3rd day !! It's happened twice now, and they don't care. I'd like to lock them in that steel box for 3 days in the Arizona sun...

USPS keeps getting slower and slower. 8 days this time! I can walk from Arizona to Texas in 8 days. My point is the handling, don't know what temperatures and shenanigans my coffee is subject to. I don't trust the postal service for anything anymore, they've forgotten their mission.

I switched over to Minuteman coffee company three years ago after being disappointed on multiple fronts with one of their competitor "veteran owned" businesses. Best decision ever. Not only is their coffee a far superior product, you get more of it for a better price and their customer service is outstanding. I have a recurring subscription of Don't Tread on Me, Come and Take it, and I Miss America. All three are great dark roasts, my favorite type. Love these guys plus they're local to my state...

Smoke Jumper is another winner. A great dark roast. Aromatic and full of flavor. I lean towards dark roasts and "I Miss America" has been my favorite, but Smoke Jumper is equal to it and I will re-order when available to rotate with IMA.

I started with Minutemen "Don't Tread On Me" blend a while back (still like it), now "I Miss America" is my absolute favorite coffee. But "Smoke Jumper" is DIFFERENT - it really does have smoky hints (NOT burned), and it's a great addition to my coffee rotation. Just delicious, and I hope it sticks around to buy.
Minutemen Coffee really is the best, and those three blends are spectacular! I'd buy "Smoke Jumper" in 5-pound bags if it was available, like I do the other two :)

This is my first experience with white coffee, and it blows all the other coffees out of the water. The taste reminds me of Celestial Seasonings Roastaroma tea, but with caffeine. A little sugar, a little half-and-half and this will set your day straight!
