I love this white coffee, to me it's like a desert. I saw a negative review on it and figured, they could send it to me, I ordered more so I can mix with the other one I buy most or brew it alone. I've been buying from Minutemen for a few years and the only company I buy from. I'm glad it relocated to Texas because I now get faster deliveries. If you want to try something different, I suggest this one.

The Betsy Ross is a good light roast. It's very bright, but with a surprising low acidity. My husband and I mix coffee 2 parts light to 1 part dark and then grind it for espresso. We've been using Betsy Ross for the light roast and Come and Take It for the dark roast, and it's a lovely flavor profile.

First off, I love the fact I get a pocket constitution with every order. I have copies in all my vehicles, nearly every room in my house and always take one with me when I go to events in case anyone wants to chat. Also, the personal signature on the packing slip is a great touch!

Usually drink a more robust blend but bought this blend for my sister who likes lighter roasts and she and my brother-in-law loved it. I tried a cup and even though it’s a light blend, I find it still has a satisfying flavor with no aftertaste.
Another comment I’d like to make is the very pleasant coffee aroma throughout the kitchen during the drip process. Could be my go to coffee blend.
