All items are in as described condition. Price per item was reasonable. Customer service is incredible. Recommend adding % of house brands to listing, as described in some of the other items for sale on the site.

I ordered the 10pcs 5 of which looked USED and not New Without Tags/Return. One pair has different sizes, a 37 and 38. It was categorized as Luxury but I would say it is more of contemporary or affordable luxury. Even though I had a mishap with this order. I would still recommend this purchase. NWOT is very quick to respond and gave me a refund. Still a good purchase.

Worst experience ever. This was supposed to be a new with tags lot. All returns. Hundreds of items that were not even downstairs, dirty, gross, smelled and more than half missing the hygienic liner. Totally misrepresented.

Had several bad experiences with this company. This box was the first to not disappoint. They do however have good customer service once someone gets back to you and they did make it right. Holiday season so overall the final thought is I would recommend this company.

All of the pieces had tags and most were still in the bags. Only issues are that 4 items didn’t have prices on the tags. Upon internet searches, I identified that one was well below $100 new and $49.99.

Lots of great high-end items, including several pairs of small size jeans. A couple of items did not meet the $100 stated value (a jog suit with the $68 original price still attached), but WAY offset by a single item with a $450 retail price! Highly recommend!

Tons and tons of items!! Was hesitant but I bought because it was so cheap. I’ve made most of my money back selling only 10/50 items. I’ll probably donate the Mens socks and underwear and some other random weird items but most of the rest is easy to sell and make a profit. Thanks!

There was a few to many of two items, other than that we like 95% of the items, we think they will do well enough in our small store. We definitely love the ratios of men's and women's, other companies claimed there are men's clothes included and it turned out just to be a few pieces. We got so many pieces we are able to restock our floor, we hope to buy again, we had put some pieces already out and folks seem to like these pieces. Thanks
